In her images, nothing is left to chance, and nothing is really “brand new” either. A mid-century chair found at an antique shop, a lamp from a thrift store, a colourful dress spotted on an overloaded rack… Mariana has a knack for unearthing pieces that have already lived and making them coexist as if they had always been meant for each other. Her love of slow fashion and design objects translates into interiors and looks that breathe personality.
