This time last year, I led a meditation session at lg2.
It was a first for me, even though I'd been a practitioner for several years. I was given this challenge on Bell Let’s Talk Day, so I took it seriously. I was nervous. It turned out to be a great opportunity to unwind with lg2 employees a few weeks after I returned to work.
After giving ourselves 100 days of oxygen to end 2020, this year is already moving at a breakneck pace. Bell Let's Talk Day always comes at a special time early in the year. It’s a day that allows us to step back, to question ourselves without judgment and take the time to drive in the slow lane.
