Looking to the future for LG2

LG2’s Marc Fortin passes the torch as he retires

Montreal, February 13, 2025

After thirty-five years of making an indelible mark on the industry - nineteen of them at LG2 - Marc Fortin, Partner and Chief Creative Officer of the Montreal office, will be retiring.

His love of solid ideas, which shape the culture here, has created a turning point for the agency. Under his leadership, LG2 took off creatively and entrepreneurially, making it one of the most awarded agencies in the country. Nicolas Baldovini will take over as Chief Creative Officer, moving from Vice-President, Creative to this new role. This appointment, made by Pénélope Fournier, Partner and President of the Montreal office, is in line with LG2's vision of becoming the benchmark for brand experience. Until he retires in mid-March, Marc Fortin will support this transition.

“After more than a decade developing and overseeing digital experience, design, architecture and brand activation at the agency, the desire to put technology at the heart of the creative product is a constant goal for Nicolas. Recognised for his leadership in creation and in managing multidisciplinary teams, I'm convinced that LG2's brand experiences will continue to make a difference while creating a positive impact.”
