Senior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating world-class work that combines conceptual thinking with exceptional craft. You are curious and driven, and will lead large projects with minimal direction and mentor younger designers. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' experience at a design studio or agency, and whose work has been recognized within Canada (and ideally abroad). You have a multi-disciplinary mindset, and a desire to continually evolve and push your own skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Consistently create award-winning, breakthrough work on a national and international level.
  • Show initiative with current clients, always seeking creative opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of quality in all your work.
  • Go above and beyond the brief, demonstrating proactivity and self-motivation.
  • Contribute to new business efforts.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Mentor younger designers in the department.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team and other departments.
  • Adapt flexibly to meet the changing needs or direction of a project.

Ideal candidate
