The least we can do is make their lives easier every day with meaningful benefits, each with its own special purpose. Here’s the goods:
A work-life balance: As well as vacations, a week off between Christmas and the New Year, six FLEX days to use for whatever and whenever, and National LG2 Day in November.
Tools to put your health first: a customized group insurance program, access to Dialogue – a telemedicine service – and unlimited sick leave.
True flexibility: the possibility to work from one of our offices (Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto), your home, your cottage/chalet or on the road... It’s all good. Plus the chance to work outside of Canada for up to one month a year.
Lots of opportunities to get together with your colleagues: 4@6, celebrations, sports and wellness activities, etc.
Everything you need to work effectively at work and at home: MacBook and accessories, Google environment, access and subscriptions to various software depending on your role, etc.
