We are currently looking for a Senior Account Manager who will work closely with the entire team on various advertising, digital and design mandates. As a pillar of your team, you will develop and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with your clients and in-house teams and partners. Your role will be to manage and coordinate our 360-degree campaigns, clarifying clients’ needs through briefs and strategic reports developed in collaboration with the Strategist and Creative Director. You are an excellent analyst and critical thinker who will act as the guardian of our clients’ brands and you will ensure that all stakeholders respect the vision for each account.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

You are able to determine what resources are required to execute projects and you can coordinate a project from A to Z – from strategic thinking to design and production. You are trilingual: you speak the language of business, creative and digital. Just like a skilled conductor, you can effortlessly manage several files at once. You like your days to be busy and filled with twists and turns...which is just fine, because no one is more organized than you.

Ideal candidate

  • At least 3 years of experience at an ad agency
  • Experience in B2B fashion and/or in a related field (an asset)
  • Team player who can skilfully manage complex situations
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French
  • Enjoys establishing and closely tracking budgets and deadlines
  • An organized, resourceful, multitasking ninja
  • Detail-oriented and solid under pressure
  • Passion for big ideas and the creative product, and a love for innovation
  • Taking the initiative comes naturally
  • Well-versed in tech culture and constantly learning
