Quality Assurance Specialist
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in the development of our products. Reporting to the Director of Technology, Digital Experience, you’ll detect and document any bugs or anomalies that may occur during a product’s use before the project is delivered to the client. Your versatility, rigour and sharp eye will ensure that every product we develop, whether an experiential site, corporate platform, e-commerce store or mobile app, is reliable.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in the development of our products. Reporting to the Director of Technology, Digital Experience, you’ll detect and document any bugs or anomalies that may occur during a product’s use before the project is delivered to the client. Your versatility, rigour and sharp eye will ensure that every product we develop, whether an experiential site, corporate platform, e-commerce store or mobile app, is reliable.
Test user scenarios and specifications.
Verify required functionalities.
Run tests in different environments (browsers, platforms and operating systems, devices, etc.).
Detect functional and visual defects or anomalies.
List, detail and prioritize bugs on test-tracking software (JIRA).
Coordinate bug fixes with the Development team.
Ensure regular follow-ups of bugs until resolution and implementation is complete.
Write detailed test plans.
Actively participate in daily meetings with the Development team.
Ensure that tests are completed within the required timeframe while respecting production schedule.
Able to work quickly on several projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, good team spirit and proactive approach
Excellent knowledge of the web
Experience in web quality assurance and application development
Experience with or knowledge of accessibility principles (asset)
Proficiency in JIRA (asset)
Familiarity with automation (asset)
