LG2 is looking for a Producer, Special Projects and Activation, who will be responsible for directing all of our more atypical projects (activation, sculpture, non-standard packaging, etc.), from process to profitability, through every stage of execution. They will ensure respect for the creative vision of each product, the quality of the product and smooth activations in the field.

A natural leader with excellent project management and client service skills, they will work closely with internal and external creative, consulting and production teams.

If you're a genuine problem-solver, have great interpersonal skills, quickly build trust among your colleagues and inspire them, then we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You will be responsible for all the production stages of our more atypical projects: project evaluation, deadlines, strategy, follow-ups and meetings with the production team and suppliers, budget development and management, approvals, etc. When applicable to the project, you will also be responsible for travel arrangements (taxis, hotels, airfare, etc.).

You are organized, rigorous and comfortable managing several projects at the same time. You are someone who works hard, fast and well. You’re in your element in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment. You have a knack for quickly analyzing all the options and their impact, and for taking calculated risks. And you have the instinct for knowing just the right thing to do.

You will use your industry knowledge to help the creative team choose the collaborators for various projects. As a skilled negotiator, you will negotiate partnership agreements with suppliers within the allocated budget. You will also ensure that all assigned projects are invoiced and profitable and you will follow up with the accounting department if needed

You have a good grasp of legal jargon: you have the skill to gather the required information to draw up contracts and to supervise the drafting of release and insurance documents. You will also prepare and review presentation documents (PPM, site approvals, etc.).

You will be the go-to person, both internally and externally, for every stage of a project. You will be in constant communication with close collaborators and external partners, and develop harmonious relations with all LG2 groups.

You will keep up with new industry players and new techniques and trends so you can suggest creative solutions to challenges encountered.

  • Is bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Is familiar with general culture and is passionate about industry-related culture (cinema, music, theatre, etc.)
  • Shows a keen appreciation for the artistic approach
  • Supports people calmly, modestly, diplomatically and with emotional intelligence
  • Is the preferred intermediary to manage and prevent conflicts
  • Demonstrates high tolerance for stress
  • Perseveres, is persuasive, influential and solution-oriented
