Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You will accompany, guide and positively influence all agency managers, including senior management. You will listen to their vision and the agency’s strategic orientations, help them understand their real recruitment needs and define the ideal profile they are looking for. Your sourcing and posting strategies allow you to quickly identify and attract suitable candidates.

You will provide the necessary follow-up with managers: presentation of pre-selected profiles, assistance and support before, during and after interviews, progress in recruiting, etc. You will establish yourself as a credible and honest partner who respects their commitments, has a strong sense of initiative and is comfortable questioning managers’ assumptions in order to push their thinking further. Ensuring that all your efforts are aligned with our pillars of diversity, equity and inclusion as well as our desire to create progress, you will take the time to sync with the People and Culture team prior to making an offer in order to maintain internal equity. You will also help create a great onboarding experience for new talents when they join the team.

You will proactively develop and maintain a privileged relationship with potential talent pools in addition to acting as an internal authority for sourcing issues. You will do all this while building relationships with the business community, the next generation of employees and the LG2 community by participating in various recruitment events.

Always on top of new talent acquisition processes, tools and methodologies on the market, jumping on opportunities to test, optimize and evaluate them is second nature to you.
