We are currently looking for an Office Manager who will report to the Operations Manager. Are you a skilled manager and coordinator? A positive leader who likes to work with people from different backgrounds? And you want to develop professionally within a dynamic and friendly team?

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You’ll be in charge of everything related to the office spaces, from their management and maintenance to the agency’s administrative operations and our brand’s physical representation within the space, etc. You will also be required to coordinate various projects such as corporate and internal events as well as different teams.

Skilfully managing priorities (and stress!), you’ll demonstrate excellent organizational ability since you'll be acting as supervisor, supporter and manager while managing budgets and contract renewals, and ensuring office and coffee supplies are stocked. If workspaces could talk, they’d sound like you!

Ideally, you are someone who:

  • Has experience in an agency or related work environment such as hotel management or catering
  • Knows how to work autonomously and flexibly
  • Is able to build trust with various stakeholders, both suppliers and employees
  • Is dynamic and charismatic; teamwork comes naturally to you
  • Has good command of G Suite software
  • Can passer from English to français
