Motion Designer

You will be responsible for proposing animation, motion design and video editing concepts based on creative briefs and storyboards. Your solid experience makes you a master at analyzing storyboards and creating designs or graphic elements to bring them to life in a visually compelling way. You will classify projects according to the agency’s internal naming system.

Working under the supervision of a practice lead, you will assist them on a daily basis with assessing the technical level of projects and their feasibility within given deadlines, among other things.

You are a passionate self-starter and feed your curiosity by ensuring you stay on top of technological and artistic developments. That’s why you are constantly learning new animation techniques, plugins and software.

• Excellent knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop as well as the most popular industry plugins (e.g., Trapcode)
• Knowledge of sound integration/SFX
• Knowledge of Mac and PC environments
• Knowledge of digital delivery formats
• Good graphic design, typography and illustration skills
• Passion for animation and motion design
• Knowledge of and strong interest in advertising, film and music
• Artistic flair (which you use to tailor your creative approach to individual projects)
• Motivated, independent and highly adaptable
• Experience in Cinema 4D, an asset
• Experience in character animation, an asset
• Experience in VFX (rotoscoping, tracking, visual effects), an asset
