Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Working in close collaboration with your creative and account colleagues, you will develop original solutions that make a real difference to our clients. You will act as a liaison between the agency’s different areas of practice and be responsible for ensuring cohesion across your mandates’ strategic workstreams. Occasionally you will lead consumer research projects with external partners.

Through the originality and rigour of your work, you will inspire teams with strong strategies and insights, and support them in successfully developing their recommendations.

You will support clients at every stage in the development of solutions, from brand strategy to communication and deployment plans, and performance measurement.

For you, the strength of a group lies in its collective intelligence and the sharing of each person’s knowledge. That’s exactly why you’ll enjoy leading collaborative work sessions. Your great ability to synthesize information will be put to good use building and delivering presentations.

Ideally, you are someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, marketing management or related experience
  • Comes with a relevant background in marketing, communication, business, art, anthropology, journalism or other relevant area
  • Is interested in entrepreneurship
  • Is fluently bilingual
  • Is open and interested in both business and people
  • Possesses solid storytelling skills
  • Masters the creative development processes of an agency and is familiar with and understands the different roles of team members, their interactions and the development sequence of a project (an asset)
