LG2 is currently looking for an IT Technician to join its IT team. Under the supervision of the team’s manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to all of the agency’s staff, both with respect to hardware and software.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Provide first-level technical support for computer systems (workstations, equipment, printers, etc.) and application support on Google Workspace (accounts, access, etc.).
Resolve issues, work on a flexible schedule and put in overtime if necessary.
Improve and optimize processes.
Document solutions with ITSM tools and always keep an eye out for new technological solutions.
Install necessary maintenance and updates (patches).
Coordinate service calls with suppliers and support the technical team.
Ideal profile
DEC in computer science or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as a computer technician
Knowledge of macOS and Google Workspace, an asset
Knowledge of audiovisuals, an asset
Excellent customer service
Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken
