ERP Specialist

You will serve as our in-house WorkBook specialist, helping to structure and configure the software in the back-end area, do data analysis and develop reports based on the agency’s needs. You will develop documents related to the data tool, lead continuous improvement projects and promote best practices, etc. You will also be the main point of contact for the Finance team for all WorkBook-related questions. Thanks to your ability to simplify complex information, you are an effective instructor.

Working closely with our ERP system analyst, you will assist teams by offering solutions or improvements that respond to their operational needs. You are proactive and always on top of things, ensuring all research is done before taking action. No one is perfect, of course, and when you make a mistake, you take responsibility for it and then get on with it. 

You are a results-oriented person and a natural when it comes to managing projects and priorities. Even if unpopular, you don’t shy away from contributing your point of view.

You have a good sense of synthesis and are able to create presentations and conduct training sessions.

• DEC or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science or a related field
• Experience in ERP implementation
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and data analysis solutions (e.g., Power BI)
• Relevant experience in accounting or accounting certification (an asset)
• Proficient in both French and English, both written and spoken
• Strong interest in business processes, business intelligence and finance
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Highly organized, resourceful and a natural leader
