They will be able to inspire creative teams with their approach and vision throughout the creative process and will shape the creative from brief through to delivery. They will be required to develop relationships with clients and co-workers and to help encourage junior talent.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

You will be expected to collaborate with, advise and challenge creative people in meetings, distribute tasks appropriately and work with people from other disciplines to select, present and craft the best ideas in the best possible way.

You will be expected to be up to date on the latest and greatest in marketing and to demonstrate an appetite for doing things in innovative ways. But you will also need to see the bigger picture rather than merely producing ideas.

You will have the maturity to balance the needs of the people, the project and the agency in making decisions.

Ideal candidate

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Creative Director
  • Manages priorities well
  • Knows how to take a step back to see the big picture
  • Champions unexpected ideas, while respecting the brief
  • Ability to structure a solid and convincing argument
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the industry
  • Outstanding English
