Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You will mobilize, advise and support the National Vice-President, internal teams and business partners to help guide LG2 managers and talent in strategic and operational matters. You will actively participate in implementing initiatives related to talent management, compensation, performance, skill development, recognition and retention.

You will establish yourself as a credible and honest partner who respects their commitments and is comfortable questioning colleagues’ assumptions in order to push their thinking further. Through your strong leadership, you will create a culture of accountability that enables talent to reach their full potential. You will ensure that your efforts are aligned with our pillars of diversity, equity and inclusion as well as our desire to create an environment that promotes progress, performance, innovation and learning.

When necessary, you will act as an ambassador and facilitator for change management and the implementation of HR initiatives. You have natural communication skills, which will help you positively influence managers and their teams.

You will be the main point of contact for members of the People and Culture team: You will implement work processes and rituals, oversee the successful training and professional development of your team members, evaluate their performance according to the established objectives and vision, and develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the team’s vice-president.
