Manage day-to-day operations on social media channels including publishing/scheduling posts, monitoring social feeds, building followers, responding to online inquiries, and interacting with fans and customers.
Work directly with clients to maintain and develop communities and social media identities.
Support the ongoing development of engaging and compelling social/digital content and calendar building.
Manage social reporting and data pulling.
Perform research/social listening to contribute to competitive audits and/or product research.
Coordinate and collaborate with creative and account teams.
Apply exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance to everything that leaves our department.
Contribute to LG2’s company culture.
1 to 2 years of experience in advertising, media, or a similar industry (asset)
BA, BBA, BComm, or equivalent degree/diploma (or relevant work experience)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (full English fluency required, French would be a bonus)
Strong entrepreneurship and strategic thinking
Experience with content management tools such asSprinklr, Hootsuite, etc. (asset)
A proactive, problem-solving and can-do attitude
Willingness to work occasional weekends/evenings to meet challenging deadlines or provide on-site event coverage when required
Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others
A keen organizational and detail-oriented approach with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Passion for the untapped potential,power and creativity of social and digital marketing
Background or experience in any range of skills applicable to content management and strategy: Adobe Suite, photography/videography, editing, PR/influencer management, meme culture, writing, data/analytics, etc. (asset)
