Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participates in project analyses and estimates.
- Participates in thinking about technological decisions, both internally and for our clients and contributes to their implementation.
- Delivers quality, optimized, high-performance code that complies with existing standards.
- Maintains and improves the security and performance of existing projects.
- Collaborates with other developers and advisory teams on a daily basis.
- Constantly works to keep up-to-date with technological trends.
Ideally, you are someone who:
- 5+ years of experience in Back-End Development.
- Total mastery of PHP 5.5+/7 (8, an asset) object-oriented.
- Total mastery of GIT (or equivalent).
- Mastery of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB or similar).
- Excellent understanding of CMS concepts.
- Experience in deployment and online implementation.
- Experience in e-commerce solutions (asset).
- Good knowledge of CraftCMS and WordPress.
- Development experience with external APIs.
- Use of Drupal 8+ (asset).
- Experience with Node.js (asset).
- Experience with PHP frameworks, such as Symfony or Laravel (asset).
- Experience in a language other than PHP (Java, Python, C++, etc.) (asset).
- Interest in DevOps (asset).
- Team spirit, good communicator and proactive.
