Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

You will play a strategic role in the corporate communications plan, reaching our 500 employees. You will be autonomous in the role, and your primary responsibilities will be to create and plan content for the internal editorial calendar and engage our talent community while respecting the LG2 brand tone and organizational objectives. You will develop content that is often short, sometimes long, but always captures the attention of a highly engaged community.

You have mastered the art of simplifying complex subjects and getting straight to the point. You have a quick wit and a quick mind. You are able to take the ball and run with it, finding ideas and twists that will promote dialogue and interaction between LG2 and its talent while always using the right terminology to represent the organization’s values.

You will be diligent about getting your work approved by the necessary parties and will be responsible for publishing your communications (in our internal communication tool Slack, among other channels). You will also produce various documentation for internal target audiences by supporting the Culture and Talent team and the Operations team. You will successfully juggle the follow-ups required for revision, translation and adaptation to ensure you get the necessary feedback in a timely manner.

Ideally, you are someone who

  • Minimum of two years’ experience – you’ve seen some things!
  • Bilingualism in English and French, both spoken and written, is a huge asset
  • Autonomous and reliable
  • Able to create a natural and easy link between teams and know which doors to knock on and when
  • Professionalism and discretion
  • Speedy execution and respect for quality and deadlines

LG2 is an equal opportunity employer. All applications will be considered regardless of ethnocultural profile, religion, origin, age, marital status, ancestry, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.

Special accommodations can be made throughout the recruitment process for candidates who have physical or other limitations.

Day after day, our incredible talent gives us their very best. They give us their ideas and their creative spark. Their willingness to just go for it, reach for success…and sometimes even fail.

The least we can do is make their lives easier every day with meaningful benefits, each with its own special purpose. Here’s the goods:

  • A work-life balance: As well as vacations, a week off between Christmas and the New Year, six FLEX days to use for whatever and whenever, and National LG2 Day in November.

  • Tools to put your health first: a customized group insurance program, access to Dialogue – a telemedicine service – and unlimited sick leave.
  • True flexibility: the possibility to work from one of our offices (Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto), your home, your cottage/chalet or on the road... It’s all good. Plus the chance to work outside of Canada for up to one month a year.
  • Lots of opportunities to get together with your colleagues: 4@6, celebrations, sports and wellness activities, etc.
  • Everything you need to work effectively at work and at home: MacBook and accessories, Google environment, access and subscriptions to various software depending on your role, etc.
