We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled writer to join our national team. This person will be responsible for our official internal communications for all three offices (Montreal, Quebec City and Toronto). As the internal voice of the LG2 brand, this person will be responsible for engaging and managing our talent community.

You will play a strategic role in the corporate communications plan, reaching our 500 employees. You will be autonomous in the role, and your primary responsibilities will be to create and plan content for the internal editorial calendar and engage our talent community while respecting the LG2 brand tone and organizational objectives. You will develop content that is often short, sometimes long, but always captures the attention of a highly engaged community.
You have mastered the art of simplifying complex subjects and getting straight to the point. You have a quick wit and a quick mind. You are able to take the ball and run with it, finding ideas and twists that will promote dialogue and interaction between LG2 and its talent while always using the right terminology to represent the organization’s values.
You will be diligent about getting your work approved by the necessary parties and will be responsible for publishing your communications (in our internal communication tool Slack, among other channels). You will also produce various documentation for internal target audiences by supporting the Culture and Talent team and the Operations team. You will successfully juggle the follow-ups required for revision, translation and adaptation to ensure you get the necessary feedback in a timely manner.
