We are currently looking for a multitalented Communication Advisor to join our national brand team. Working in close collaboration with senior management, Culture and Talent, Operations and Business Development teams, this person will play a big part in implementing a robust internal and external communication strategy within LG2 Toronto while contributing to the agency’s national and Canadian communications footprint. The Advisor should embody the company’s style guide and be sure to provide high-quality content both internally and externally. Working from Toronto, the Advisor will be an integral part of the national brand team.

Versatile and organized, you understand the importance of various communication and outreach strategies for public relations, social media, internal communications, employer branding and industry competitors. You write effectively in a tone adapted to target a specific audience. Your versatility and multidisciplinary skillset is an asset to your work team. You are proactive on a daily basis, seizing opportunities for outreach and creating new ones that are relevant to our targets and objectives. Acting as a bridge between teams, you ensure that a group’s projects, people and expertise are showcased intelligently, promoting national cohesiveness and building the agency’s influence and attraction. Working in a team is motivating, and you don’t hesitate to consult your team members or the right experts to ensure work is high quality. You have at least 3 to 5 years experience. You also understand the challenges and embrace the opportunities that come with a hybrid work mode.
