Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Versatile and organized, you understand the importance of various communication and outreach strategies for public relations, social media, internal communications, employer branding and industry competitors. You write effectively in a tone adapted to target a specific audience. Your versatility and multidisciplinary skillset is an asset to your work team. You are proactive on a daily basis, seizing opportunities for outreach and creating new ones that are relevant to our targets and objectives. Acting as a bridge between teams, you ensure that a group’s projects, people and expertise are showcased intelligently, promoting national cohesiveness and building the agency’s influence and attraction. Working in a team is motivating, and you don’t hesitate to consult your team members or the right experts to ensure work is high quality. You have at least 3 to 5 years experience. You also understand the challenges and embrace the opportunities that come with a hybrid work mode.

Ideal Profile

  • Seize opportunities that arise in current affairs and propose timely actions to engage with our community.
  • Raise the profile of key leaders and talents through channels such as digital and social channels, community involvement and speaking engagements.
  • Target stakeholders relevant to our outreach goals (educational institutions, professional groups, networking clubs, etc.).
  • Contribute to our internal and external communication channels at the national level.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key industry and business-oriented media outlets.
  • Help make our creativity be seen, felt and celebrated at the national and international level.
  • Brainstorm with the team on promising angles for internal and external forums.
  • Keep on top of trends in our market and industry.
  • Work with our social media specialist to ensure the right post strategy and tone for our Canadian targets.
  • Write a variety of engaging short and long content pieces (case studies, social posts, conference summaries, etc.).
  • Contribute to our global content strategy.
