We are currently looking for a system and network administrator. Reporting to the Director of IT, the successful candidate will be responsible for the proper functioning and evolution of the company’s computer systems and network at all three of our office locations. You will also actively contribute to upgrading, automation and development efforts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure Level 2-3 technical support for computer systems (servers, VM, cloud, IDM, MDM)
  • Manage network infrastructure on a daily basis (firewall, switches, VLAN, VPN)
  • Provide app support for Google Workspace and develop online management tools (GAM)
  • Act as a technical specialist for computer tools
  • Develop automatizations to streamline processes
  • Install, maintain and update equipment and software (patches)
  • Support the technical team at all levels
  • Make and follow up on service requests with suppliers
  • Document solutions via ITSM tools
  • Handle advanced troubleshooting for emergencies that require a flexible work schedule and possible overtime
  • Take part in the evaluation of new technological solutions

Ideally, you are someone who:

  • Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience as a system administrator
  • Knowledge of Mac OS and Google Workspace;
  • Knowledge of on-prem infrastructures (VMWare) and cloud (GCP, AWS)
  • Knowledge of advanced networking (Fortinet certification an asset)
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills, and ability to prioritize multiple jobs
  • Solid customer service approach
  • English and French (spoken and written)
