Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Determine resource requirements for project execution and coordinate projects from start to finish

  • Utilize strategic thinking to contribute to project planning and design processes

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities

  • Possess fluency in business, creative, and digital language, enabling effective communication across different domains

  • Maintain high levels of organization to ensure smooth project workflow and timely completion

  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges with ease

  • Embrace a fast-paced work environment and thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing setting

Ideal profile

  • At least 2 years of experience at an ad agency

  • Team player who can skilfully manage complex situations

  • Enjoys establishing and closely tracking budgets and deadlines

  • An organized, resourceful, multitasking ninja

  • Detail-oriented and solid under pressure

  • Passion for big ideas and the creative product, and a love for innovation

  • Taking the initiative comes naturally

  • Well-versed in tech culture and constantly learning
