Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You will work on various digital mandates in close collaboration with the client services director and the strategy, creative and technology teams of the various lg2 offices.

You will earn the trust of your colleagues, but also clients and business partners. You’ll be a critical thinker and analyst, acting as a brand steward and ensuring that the account vision is met by all stakeholders. You will skilfully seize opportunities and combine the best of all ideas to create a coherent whole aligned with the objectives.

You will identify client needs through briefs and strategic thinking and effortlessly communicate the details to the team. You will be responsible for creating service proposals and developing RFPs with a digital component. You will ensure that digital projects run smoothly and are completed on budget and according to the established schedule. You will be flexible and efficient, adapting to the different processes of a specific group or client, and you will be able to manage several complex projects at the same time. You will need to prioritize and reprioritize often. Fortunately, with your short-, medium- and long-term vision, you have what it takes to get the job done.

You will be a positive and unifying influence, mobilizing the troops while using the strengths and skills of each individual effectively. As a denizen of the digital world, you will be proud to participate in the external promotion of our digital achievements and the people involved.

Ideally, you are someone who:

  • Has 3 to 5 years of experience in digital project management (storefront sites, e-comm, loyalty programs, complex sites, applications)
  • Is bilingual, both oral and written
  • Is organized, independent and rigorous
  • Is a skilled communicator and negotiator
  • Comfortable making decisions while knowing how to ask for help when needed, for the good of the client and the project
  • Possesses agency experience, an asset
  • Has a strong interest in business development and the latest digital trends
