In order to cover an estimated shortfall of 25,000 jobs by 2017, the Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de la Capitale-Nationale set up a campaign promoting careers in the health and social services sector within the region. It was aimed directly at high school students who needed to select a field for post-secondary studies.
